• "Customer" means the organisation that contracts with us for services
• "User" means any individual accessing the Service on behalf of Customer
• "Content" means data, information, and materials provided to or created within the Service
• "Documentation" means technical and operational guidance provided by us

2. Service Description

threat-hunting.co.uk provides 24/7 Managed Detection and Response services including:

• Continuous threat monitoring and detection
• Incident response and forensic analysis
• Security alerting and escalation
• Compliance reporting and documentation
• Integration with third-party security tools

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of applicable UK or international laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or related systems
• Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code
• Use the Service to harm, threaten, or harass others
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Engage in automated or scripted data collection without permission

4. User Accounts and Security

4.1 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and passwords. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4.2 User Conduct

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if Terms are violated.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1 Our Rights

All intellectual property in the Service, including software, documentation, designs, and trademarks, is owned by Telesoft Technologies or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service according to these Terms.

5.2 Your Rights

You retain ownership of your Content. By uploading Content to the Service, you grant us a licence to use it solely for providing the Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months
• We are not liable for third-party services or content beyond our control

This limitation does not apply to: (a) death or personal injury; (b) fraud or wilful misconduct; (c) liabilities that cannot be limited by applicable law.

7. Warranties and Disclaimers

7.1 Service Availability

7.2 Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

8. Data and Backup

• You are responsible for maintaining independent backups of your data
• We will attempt to preserve your Content during service termination but make no guarantees
• Upon termination, your access to stored data will be removed within 30 days

9. Fees and Payment

9.1 Pricing

Fees are as quoted in your service agreement. Prices are exclusive of applicable VAT or taxes.

9.2 Payment Terms

• Invoices are due within 30 days of issue (or as specified in your agreement)
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• All payment disputes must be raised within 30 days of invoice date

10. Termination

10.1 By Customer

You may terminate your service with 30 days' written notice, unless your agreement specifies otherwise.

10.2 By Us

We may terminate or suspend your service immediately if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Fail to pay fees within 15 days of becoming overdue
• Use the Service illegally or harmfully

11. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the provision of services, subject to legal disclosure requirements and our privacy obligations.

12. Compliance and Regulations

You warrant that your use of the Service complies with all applicable UK and international laws, including but not limited to:

• UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR)
• Data Protection Act 2018
• Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations
• Computer Misuse Act 1990
• Relevant industry regulations (HIPAA, PCI-DSS, etc.)

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Informal Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us first. We will attempt to resolve disputes amicably.

13.2 Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

14. Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. If you disagree, you may terminate the service.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with your service agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
